One of Masson-Angers' biggest draws is price. According to QPAREB (Centris data), in Q2 2026, the median single-family price in the Buckingham/Masson-Angers sector was $419,545, the lowest of Gatineau's 4 sectors. In Aylmer, it reached $572,750. Prices are also higher on the Plateau. For a first purchase, it's often the most financially realistic area.
New Developments
Several builders are active in Masson-Angers, with new single-family homes and new semi-detached or row houses. New neighbourhoods are well planned, with integrated parks and trails.
Access and Transportation
Highway 50 links Masson-Angers to the rest of Gatineau and to Ottawa. Expect about 28 to 33 km to Les Promenades Gatineau and about 36 km to downtown Ottawa, depending on the bridge and time of day. For public transit, check the STO routes available at your address.
Appreciation Potential
Masson-Angers may offer mid-term appreciation potential. Continued development in the area could support prices, although no increase is assured.
